Our Vision
NECSC is a Non-Profit company that focuses on mentoring young men and women between the ages of 18 to 25 years of age. We strive to promote work-life balance, improve knowledge, skills and abilities, as well as promote counseling for emotional and mental well being.
We endeavor to empower dreams, inspire futures, train and provide new skills, and open the door to new opportunities through various workshops, seminars, and classes.
Our Approach
We work closely with various Youth Group Homes, Youth Development Organizations, as well as, Battered Women's Shelters to provide their residents/clients with new opportunities to forge a new path to freedom and independence. We strive to help each person gain a competitive edge within the job market, and provide skills that will improve their station in life. Our Hand 2 Hand program seeks to open up new avenues of interest by accessing the needs of each organization which allows us to provide targeted training and thereby increase the chances of success.

We understand that everyone will not have the opportunity to go to college, but no worries we are here to help you along your journey to success. You can begin your journey by taking classes in Culinary Arts.
Discover the art of combing various herbs and seasonings to create something new and wonderful that will tantalize the pallet.
CONSTRUCTION WORKSHOP
Once a male dominated field, now women are making their move and becoming integral parts of the construction process.
